Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Mailing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering proactive and efficient back-office support services. This position will be a key contributor in office administration, postage statement processing, meter and stamp procurement, postage reconciliation, and reimbursement. This position will ensure jobs are processed accurately and efficiently according to client specifications.

Essential Functions:

Maintains current and accurate information within systems.
Creates postage statements within internal systems.

Validates daily mailing schedule and reports any discrepancies.
Enters data within internal systems to reconcile postage statements and postage.
Works closely with production, ensuring mailing commitments are achieved daily.
Procures postage stamps and meter postage and maintains/records usages.
Maintains unused metered and stamped material and records/prepares for postage reimbursement.

Liaise with the United States Postal Service.
Liaise with internal departments.
Reports to Supervision on anticipated issues and participates in corrective action efforts.
Works toward continuous improvement and expertise in Direct Mail.
Work a modified schedule as needed.

Follow established procedures and safety protocols, working within all company safety standards, rules, and protocols
Performs other duties as assigned.
