Full Job Description

Reithorp Solutions is seeking an All Source Analyst to support the CYBERCOM J2 Customer on an awarded/funded contract.

Location: Fort Meade,MD

Responsibilities:

· Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to assess, interpret, and forecast national security and cyber threats using classified, open-source, and interagency reporting.

· Analyze and characterize cyber threats, malware, and adversary TTPs to identify trends and emerging risks.

· Support intelligence planning and operations (OCO/DCO), including JIPOE, intelligence estimates, and analytic products.

· Produce reports, briefings, and threat indicators to support USCYBERCOM and the Defense Warning Program.

· Collaborate with IC partners, combatant commands, DHS, and other stakeholders to share intelligence and maintain situational awareness.

· Monitor global and U.S. cyber activity to identify relationships and maintain a current threat picture.

· Utilize intelligence tools and databases (e.g., Palantir, MIDB, Intellipedia, AMHS).

· Support cyber exercises, scenario development, and role-playing as needed.

· Respond to USCYBERCOM staff requests and contribute to analytic product development, editing, and dissemination.

· Develop and deliver briefings to senior leadership (up to GO/FO level) and support meetings (travel may be required).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

· 8+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience, including recent SIGINT work.

· Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, methodologies, and IC standards (ODNI/DIA).

· DoD 8570.01 IAT Level I or IAM Level I certification (or equivalent experience).

· Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality analysis, think critically, and work independently.

· Experience reviewing analytic products for rigor and clarity.

· Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI poly preferred (or willingness to obtain).

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $166,000.00 per year
