What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations and compliance
Manage full-cycle payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
Administer and enhance employee benefits programs
Leverage UKG for HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and reporting
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR best practices and policies

What Makes You a Good Fit:

3–5+ years of HR management or HR generalist experience
Strong background in payroll and benefits administration
Hands-on experience using UKG (Ready, Pro, or related modules)
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

From $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications
