Location: Twin Cities Metro
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Weekend Rotation
Compensation: $70,000-$102,000 annually

What You'll Be DoingDeliver Personalized Rehabilitation

Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists
Provide mobility training, strengthening exercises, gait training, and balance activities
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs
Monitor progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
Help patients maximize independence and functional abilities

Collaborate With An Outstanding Team

Partner closely with Physical Therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary clinicians
Document visits accurately and efficiently
Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes
Support patients throughout their recovery journey

Required Qualifications

Active Minnesota Physical Therapy Assistant license
Reliable transportation, insurance, and valid driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

Home health experience
Experience with medically complex or geriatric populations
Desire to work independently while collaborating closely with a supportive team
