Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Events Promotion Manager to create and execute events in our venue. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and execute innovative event strategies that captivate audiences, foster strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. Your passion for marketing combined with exceptional communication skills will enable you to create memorable experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and showcase your expertise in event creation and promotion. This position is commission based pay.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive event marketing plans that align with overall brand objectives and target audience interests.
Coordinate all aspects of event promotion, including logistics, vendor management, and promotional materials.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations using presentation software to engage attendees and showcase key features.
Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and optimal results.
Utilize customer service skills to interact with event attendees, answer inquiries, and foster positive relationships.
Optimize product pages and promotional content across digital channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads through B2B marketing efforts at events.
Use technical proficiency in marketing tools and productivity software to track campaign performance and generate reports.
Deliver engaging public speaking sessions and participate in product demos that highlight the value proposition to diverse audiences.
Maintain clear communication across teams, ensuring alignment on event goals, messaging, and execution strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, event marketing, event creation and related fields with a focus on promotion strategies.
Strong presentation skills with proficiency in presentation software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Technical proficiency in digital marketing tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and productivity software.
Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on product promotion and lead generation.
Exceptional public speaking skills coupled with the ability to conduct engaging product demos confidently.
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to attendee engagement during events.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
