Sales Manager

This position will be responsible for managing sales of industrial and commercial air handler products of Specified Air Solutions.

Qualifications would be 3-5 years outside sales experience. The ideal candidate will also possess a thorough understanding of typical industrial refrigeration systems.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Growth, this Sales Manager role will be responsible for managing sales of industrial and commercial air handler products for Specified Air Solutions products. Rather than an Account Management focus, this position will be accountable for and focused on finding and developing new end-user customers, contractors, and representative management. This is truly outside sales role, and this candidate may be located anywhere in the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Industry technical knowledge of application of HVAC/HVACR and industrial refrigeration market.
Must have a hunter mentality with the ability to identify and close sales with new customers.
Road Warrior
Work closely with sales representatives and manage appropriately.
Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company, and the ability to close sales.
Ability to learn and understand operational and controls sequences and specifications for HVAC/R equipment.
Must be able to manage multiple customer accounts and active projects simultaneously with initiative for continual improvement.
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical specifications and construction drawings.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software preferred.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Must have the ability to think independently and creatively and perform appropriately with minimal supervision.
3-5 years outside sales experience.

Compensation: Base Salary + incentive bonus!

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
