Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marina Regional Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple marina locations in the Northeast region in NY, NJ, and DE. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in maritime management, operational efficiency, and team development. As the regional leader, you will drive business growth, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold safety and environmental standards. Your leadership will inspire a high-performing team while implementing innovative strategies that elevate our marina services and operational excellence.

Duties

Provide strategic direction and leadership for all marina operations within the Northeast region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.
Manage executive-level teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute regional business plans focused on growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee operational management including budgeting, financial performance analysis, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Lead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders to secure favorable agreements that support regional objectives.
Drive business development initiatives to expand marina services, increase client engagement, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes to monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery.
Lead process improvements by evaluating current practices and introducing innovative solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices across all regional facilities.
Foster strong relationships with local authorities, industry partners, and community organizations to promote regional growth and reputation.

Requirements

Proven management experience with a focus on executive leadership in the maritime or hospitality industry.
Demonstrated success in strategic management, planning, and operational oversight at a senior level.
Strong business development background with experience in negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in data-driven decision making coupled with project management skills to lead complex initiatives.
