Operations Manager

Location: Miami, FL 33131 (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience

About the Role

DDS Marketing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a proven background in marketing agency operations to lead and optimize the company's day-to-day operations while partnering closely with leadership to support continued growth.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a highly organized, strategic, and hands-on professional who understands the pace and complexity of a marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate has successfully improved operational efficiency, implemented scalable processes, supported creative and client service teams, and helped growing agencies scale.

Please note: We are only considering candidates with recent operations leadership experience in a marketing agency, digital marketing company, advertising agency, branding agency, creative agency, or similar marketing-focused business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, systems, and workflows.
Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams while promoting collaboration and accountability.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective, long-term solutions.
Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support business objectives.
Ensure projects, initiatives, and company priorities are delivered on time and with excellence.
Improve communication and alignment across departments.
Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements that support sustainable growth.
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Support the operational needs of marketing, creative, client success, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and client delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of operations leadership experience.
Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Business Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
Proven success improving business operations, implementing scalable systems, and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience

Current or recent operations leadership experience within a marketing agency, digital marketing agency, advertising agency, branding agency, creative agency, or similar marketing-focused organization.
Experience supporting marketing, creative, client service, sales, and account management teams.
Experience improving agency workflows, operational processes, resource planning, and client delivery.
Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting a growing marketing agency or professional services organization.
Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting.
Experience managing multiple client-facing teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Experience driving operational improvements that support agency growth and client satisfaction.
