This role will be based on-site in Lyons, KS. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to the surrounding area.

We have developed an AI-based ultra-high precision spot spraying technology that drastically reduces the amount of chemicals used in crop fields while keeping costs competitive. General Objective of the Role

We are seeking an Operations and Production Manager to serve as the critical bridge between Ecorobotix Inc. and our external manufacturing partner based in the Lyons, Kansas area. In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational and logistical relationship with this manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for orchestrating production planning, ensuring seamless logistics, tracking performance reporting, and maintaining flawless data integrity strictly within the ERP system (Odoo). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of managing external supply chains, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison and day-to-day contact for our contract manufacturer in Lyons, KS, addressing operational, quality, and logistical queries promptly
Production Planning: Manage and oversee the master production schedule with the production partner. Coordinate forecasts, capacity planning, and material readiness to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods from the Kansas facility
Logistics Coordination: Resolve any supply chain bottlenecks, shipping delays, or customs issues to ensure a smooth flow of materials
Reporting & Analytics: Generate, monitor, and present key performance indicator (KPI) reports. Track metrics such as on-time delivery, production yield, and inventory health, leading regular business reviews with the manufacturing partner
ERP Data Integrity: Take full ownership of production data within the Odoo ERP system. Ensure that inventory counts, and production receipts are rigorously maintained, accurately recorded, and updated in real-time
Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and work collaboratively with internal engineering/quality teams and our external partner to optimize processes, reduce lead times, and lower costs

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Experience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain or external production management
Technical Skills: Hands-on, working knowledge of ERP is required. Strong understanding of production planning, and inventory management
Travel: Willingness to travel periodically within the US and abroad (Switzerland)

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
