Full Job Description

Job Summary

In this fun and rewarding role you will have the responsibility for assisting our Account Executive team for FastTrack Software’s rapidly growing Zero Trust Platform Solution ‘Admin By Request’, across The Americas and Oceania. Specializing in the PAM/EPM markets estimated market size to be $4.25 billion in 2025, with expectations to grow to $11.59 billion by 2030.

Reporting to the President of FastTrack Software US, your responsibility will be to assist the sales team and customers in providing the best customer service, in a timely and proficient manner.

Your responsibilities will be:

Maintain client contact information in CRM system
Manage the entire Subscription Renewal process for customers assigned to you
Serve as back-up to the Account Executives for customer servicing
Manage quoting new business as directed by the Account Executives/Direct Report
Identifying sales opportunities in our CRM system
Work with our Marketing team to enhance our customer communications
Interact with customers via phone, email and our web-based chat system

As the successful applicant, you must be:

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
General knowledge of using computers/social media

FastTrack Software is experiencing rapid growth and will be opening a new office in the Sarasota/Bradenton area of Florida. This position will be in-office at our new location. You may be in a hybrid role initially while the new office is coming online.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000 – 55,000 per year based on work experience plus year-end bonus potential
