Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in coordinating daily activities, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining an efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in office management within a fast-paced setting. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a productive, welcoming atmosphere that supports our team’s success and growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, including Customer Service and Office management.
Coordinate event planning for meetings, company functions, to ensure seamless execution.
Supervise staff, providing training, development opportunities, and ongoing support to enhance team performance.
Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service contracts to optimize costs and service quality.
Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processes using tools like QuickBooks.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records; monitor expenses to stay within allocated budgets.
Oversee filing systems, and clerical duties to ensure organized documentation.
Support office-wide communication efforts by drafting correspondence, managing internal updates, and ensuring professional phone etiquette.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and training sessions while managing calendars efficiently.

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing is a must.
Strong event planning skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with vendor management practices to negotiate contracts and maintain service quality.
Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding, employee records management, and payroll administration.
Experience managing office budgets, filing systems, and clerical operations in a busy setting.
Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational prowess to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Work Location: In person
