Full Job Description

We're a small, growing digital agency looking for a Technical Marketing Lead with a strong full-stack development background. This isn’t a traditional back-office dev role. You will be the technical backbone of our marketing operations, responsible for building high-converting web properties, troubleshooting complex platforms, and ensuring our client data tracking is bulletproof. If you love solving engineering puzzles but also care about user experience and conversion rates, you’ll thrive here.

What You'll Do Every Day

Full-Stack Development: Build, maintain, and optimize client websites and custom landing pages. You’ll work across a variety of environments, from custom WordPress and Shopify builds to Webflow and modern JavaScript frameworks.
MarTech Architecture: Own the setup, data layering, and debugging of advanced tracking systems, webhooks, and APIs (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixels, CRM integrations).
Rapid Troubleshooting: Serve as our technical firefighter. When a site goes down, a checkout funnel breaks, or an API integration fails, you’ll diagnose the root cause and deploy the fix.
Client Consultation: Act as a trusted technical resource on client calls. You’ll translate complex development hurdles into plain-English business solutions and collaborate with our clients' internal IT teams.
Performance & SEO: Optimize site architecture, page speeds, and Core Web Vitals to maximize both paid conversion rates and organic search visibility.

What We’re Looking For

Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong coding skills across the front-end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React) and back-end (PHP, Node.js, database management).
The Marketer's Eye: You understand marketing fundamentals. You know how data flows from an ad click to a CRM, and you know how to use dev tools to inspect why that flow breaks.
Agency Experience: Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communication: You can talk to clients and creative team members easily, explaining technical requirements without relying on heavy jargon.
