About Simply Vegas:

Simply Vegas is Southern Nevada’s leading luxury real estate brokerage, known for empowering agents with the tools, support, and autonomy to succeed. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative functions, support our agent community, and maintain the highest operational standards.

Position Summary:

The Operations Manageris a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that Simply Vegas operates smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies. This position is the operational backbone of the company, managing administrative staff, maintaining vendor relationships, coordinating agent onboarding and offboarding, overseeing event planning, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

Support and direct all administrative and front desk staff.
Maintain and update company SOPs, ensuring they reflect best practices.
Oversee office services (maintenance, cleaning, vendor coordination).

2. Agent Support:

Coordinate new agent onboarding, including CRM setup , website setup , and social media integration.
Facilitate agent offboarding, ensuring removal from all systems
Resolve agent complaints and escalate serious issues to senior leadership.
Regularly update the Master Roster with agent status changes.

3. Vendor & Affiliate Management:

Vet, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors (printing, design, cleaning, maintenance).
Implement a standardized vendor evaluation process.
Address vendor disputes and escalate if unresolved.

4. Event Coordination:

Plan and execute monthly events (agent recognition, training sessions).
Maintain an updated event calendar and ensure smooth logistics.

5. Agent Recognition & Awards

Manage the creation and distribution of agent recognition awards.
Maintain an accurate, updated list of recognized agents.

6. Financial Oversight:

Monitor expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
Review and approve vendor invoices for payment.
Coordinate with accounting to address any commission discrepancies.

7. Compliance & Legal Support:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate E&O insurance claims and other legal matters with leadership.
Maintain secure, accurate records for compliance purposes.

8. Communication & Reporting:

Regularly update leadership on key operational developments.
Maintain a master contact list of all vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an operations or administrative management role, REQUIRED in real estate.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Canva, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
