Are you a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent looking for more qualified leads, builder support, and unlimited earning potential?

Landmark 24 Homes is seeking an enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant to represent our growing communities in Brunswick and St. Marys. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Coastal Georgia's most respected homebuilders while helping buyers achieve the dream of homeownership.

Unlike traditional real estate sales, you'll benefit from warm company-generated leads, model home traffic, a dedicated Online Sales Consultant (OSC) who qualifies prospective buyers, professional marketing support, and beautiful new homes ready to sell allowing you to spend more time building relationships and closing sales.

What You'll Do

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you'll represent Landmark 24 Homes from an on-site model home and serve as the primary resource for prospective buyers throughout their home-buying journey.

Sales & Customer Experience

Welcome walk-in visitors and provide exceptional model home tours.
Guide buyers through the home-buying process from first visit through closing.
Build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.
Review contracts and coordinate a smooth transaction experience.

Lead Management

Follow up with qualified leads provided by our Online Sales Consultant.
Maintain organized client records and sales activities using HubSpot CRM.
Schedule follow-ups and manage your sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.

Marketing & Business Development

Promote homes, communities, builder incentives, and events through social media.
Network within the community to generate referrals and repeat business.
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, inventory, and builder offerings.
Participate in regular team meetings and sales training.

Qualifications

Active Georgia Real Estate License (Required)
One or more years of real estate or new home sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with a passion for helping buyers
Organized and comfortable managing multiple clients
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and general real estate practices preferred

Compensation

Commission-based compensation with earning potential of $85,000–$175,000+ annually
Monthly performance bonuses
