Full Job Description

Some commercial construction jobs say they want Walmart experience.

This one actually knows what that means.

If you've lived inside Lucernex, know your way around Coupa, and don't need someone explaining Walmart's process every Monday morning, you'll be productive here on day one.

Here's what you'll own.

You'll run Walmart projects from the first budget conversation through final turnover. That means building estimates that operations can trust, coordinating subcontractors who move as fast as you do, managing budgets and schedules, solving problems before they become delays, and keeping clients confident every step of the way.

You'll spend your time:

Building conceptual budgets and competitive estimates
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and performing quantity takeoffs
Leveling subcontractor bids and negotiating scopes
Managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost tracking
Driving RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
Working directly with Walmart representatives and project stakeholders
Leading multiple projects without letting details slip

You'll help grow a contractor's Walmart program, taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while helping position the company for larger and more complex Walmart work in the future.
