We're Hiring: Part-Time Social Media Reels Editor/Maker

Are you obsessed with Reels and TikToks?
Can you turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content?
We’re looking for a creative, fast, and reliable Reels Editor/Maker to join us part-time!

About the Role:

We're a digital marketing agency working with awesome clients across hospitality, events, retail, and more.
You'll be editing raw footage into short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) that are engaging, on-trend, and aligned with brand goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Editing raw footage into 15–60 second Reels
Adding captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and filters
Repurposing existing content for social media
Staying on top of trends, sounds, and formats
Collaborating with our team to understand brand tone and goals

You’ll Need:

Solid experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
A strong sense of timing, music, and visual storytelling
Access to editing software and your own device
A portfolio or examples of Reels you've edited (non-negotiable)
Bonus: Basic graphic design skills or understanding of social media strategy

Hours & Location:

Part-time / casual (approx. 5–10 hours per week to start)
Flexible hours – remote-friendly (Melbourne-based is a plus!)

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
