Full Job Description

Center for Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Cosmetic Surgery Marketing Manager to lead our practice's marketing efforts and enhance our online presence. This role is responsible for driving patient engagement, managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media, and supporting practice growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the practice website, including SEO and content updates.
Oversee social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Coordinate content creation, including patient before-and-after galleries, videos, and educational content.
Monitor website analytics and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Manage online reputation, Google Business Profiles, and patient review strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, patient coordinators, and external marketing partners to support practice goals.
Maintain in-office digital marketing assets, presentations, and waiting room displays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, healthcare, or a related industry.
Experience with social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Strong written communication and content creation skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
