We are passionate about designing innovative, high-quality products that bring style and functionality into the home. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in developing innovative and aesthetically appealing tabletop and home décor products. You will work across a variety of materials—including ceramics, melamine, wood, and glass—to create compelling designs that align with market trends. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the design team and project managers, balancing creativity with technical expertise to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

● Conceptualize and design original home décor and tabletop products across various materials.

● Create detailed renderings to effectively communicate ideas.

● Develop and refine product designs across various materials, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and manufacturing feasibility.

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refi ne designs based on feedback, production requirements, and project goals.

● Prepare production-ready artwork and technical specifications for manufacturing.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

● 5+ years of experience in graphic or product design, preferably within the tabletop or home goods industry.

● Strong project management skills—highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

● Experience with SolidWorks and KeyShot is a plus.

● In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.

● Ability to create detailed technical drawings and renderings to support product development.

● A strong portfolio showcasing product design expertise, creative problem-solving, and technical skills.
