About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support our HR functions for our facility in the Cleveland market. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive people strategy, ensure HR compliance, and foster a positive, high‑performance culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, with strong knowledge of employment law and proven experience supporting a multi‑site or growing workforce.
SHRM certification is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR business partner for leaders and employees across the Cleveland market
- Lead full‑cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (Ohio), and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and retention initiatives
- Support leadership with coaching, performance improvement plans, and organizational development
- Administer and support HR programs including benefits, leave management, and workers’ compensation
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity
- Partner with corporate HR on policy implementation, training programs, and company‑wide initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data‑driven decision making
QualificationsRequired:
- SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting healthcare operations
- HRIS experience and strong reporting/analytics skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
