Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and execute HVLG’s paid media strategy across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns that drive qualified traffic, lead volume, and ecommerce revenue across both B2B and DTC audiences. We are looking for someone with hands-on execution experience in paid search and social channels.

This is a role for someone who is data-driven, organized, and excited to continually test, learn, and improve performance. You enjoy digging into performance data, spotting inefficiencies, and making fast, informed optimizations.

What you’ll do:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest.
Build and manage campaigns end-to-end, including structure, targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and optimization.
Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting to hit KPIs (ROAS, CAC, revenue, CPL, lead volume, CVR).
Lead ongoing audience and creative testing (messaging, formats, landing pages, funnel strategy).
Write and manage ad copy to support performance across paid channels.
Monitor and diagnose performance trends; identify opportunities to scale what’s working.
Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns for our DTC websites (familiarity with Impact a plus).
Partner with creative/marketing teams to develop ad concepts and provide clear performance feedback.

Measurement, Insights & Reporting

Track performance across channels and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with analytics partners to ensure tracking accuracy (GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, UTM governance, etc.).
Translate data into actionable recommendations for channel strategy, creative direction, and optimizations.

Who you are:

Highly analytical and performance-driven with strong reporting and optimization skills.
Confident owning campaign strategy and execution independently.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once.
Collaborative communicator who can work across marketing, creative, sales, and leadership teams.
Curious and test-focused; continuously seeking opportunities to improve results.

Position requirements:

3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience for ecommerce and/or lead-driven businesses (DTC/B2B).
Proven experience owning Google and Meta Ad accounts with meaningful budgets.
Proven experience owning affiliate marketing channels.
Comfortable launching campaigns from scratch and optimizing without step-by-step direction.
Strong communication and project management skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience in the home/interior design industry is a plus.
US citizen or permanent resident (no Visa sponsorship available).
Other duties as assigned.
