**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk and Back Office Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support in a medical setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Reviewing and correctly verifying the patient to get their vital signs, escorting and prepping before seeing the Physician.

- Directly working with the patient to update any changes to their charts.

- Do EKGs, hook-up Holter Monitors, and prep Treadmill Stress Test

- Fax note charts to their PCPs and other offices, fax prescription refill requests to pharmacies.

- Manage and organize the chart room.

- Manage front desk activities including patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling.

- Utilize medical scheduling software to coordinate patient appointments efficiently.

- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.

- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.

- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care and administrative tasks.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in medical administrative support or similar roles preferred.

- Proficiency in using medical software systems for EHR

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.

- Familiarity with urgent care operations is a plus.

- Thành thạo sử dụng các hệ thống phần mềm y tế phục vụ hồ sơ sức khỏe điện tử (EHR)

- Có kiến thức vững chắc về thuật ngữ và quy trình y tế.

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc; có khả năng tương tác chuyên nghiệp với bệnh nhân và đồng nghiệp.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các cơ sở chăm sóc y tế khẩn cấp (urgent care) là một lợi thế.
