Full Job Description

Receptionist- we’re willing to train, come join our team!

Position Summary:

Performs clerical support in an efficient manner.

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm (hours may vary)

Qualifications:

Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required
High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations

Responsibilities:

Displays a positive, professional image managing multiple personality types with kindness and patience
Assists the Administrator in day to day tasks
Serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phones
Effectively operates the facility phones and paging systems
Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines
Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis
Cheerful disposition and ability to handle stressful situations with tact and kindness
Responsible for keeping the front office areas sanitary, neat and orderly

The Win is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility located in Santa Clara. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals works to help patients recover from surgery, injury or serious illness.
As a team, we strive to exceed the expectations of those we serve and our purpose is to provide our patients with positive rehabilitative therapy and exceptional nursing care. We want to help patients achieve their highest possible functioning level and to assist them in returning to the lowest level of care practical.
