Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Staff member. As a team member, you will assist with front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
High volume of appointment scheduling

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone
Previous medical office experience in front desk or receptionist roles preferred
Capable of managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively
