Full Job Description

Outpatient Therapist (Licensed or Provisionally Licensed)

Up to $62,500 in State Incentives
This position may be eligible for the Nebraska Rural Health Workforce Incentive Program, offering up to $12,500 per year for up to 5 years. Candidates must apply for funds by June 30th, and be hired by August 1st. Eligibility, funding, and final award amounts are determined by the program and are not guaranteed.

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
Participate in clinical supervision, staffing, and case consultation
Support clients in achieving measurable, recovery-oriented goals

What You Bring

Active LMHP/LIMHP or PLMHP licensure in Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
