Overview

We Sell America National Council for Realtors (WSANCR) is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales & Membership Development Executive to help expand one of the nation's fastest-growing professional real estate networks.

This position is responsible for recruiting Realtors and real estate industry professionals—including loan officers, title companies, home inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents, contractors, builders, investors, attorneys, and other industry influencers—to join our national organization.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who enjoys networking, creating partnerships, and helping professionals grow their businesses through meaningful connections. Success in this role comes from consistently engaging prospects through phone calls, text messaging, email campaigns, social media, networking events, Zoom meetings, and face-to-face relationship building.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, professional networking, and helping build a nationwide community of real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

Recruit new Realtor members and real estate industry influencers into the WSANCR network.
Prospect daily through cold calling, warm calling, referrals, social media, and networking.
Conduct outbound phone calls, text messaging, email campaigns, and follow-up communications.
Schedule and host Zoom presentations to introduce prospective members to WSANCR.
Build relationships with brokerages, real estate offices, mortgage companies, title companies, and industry organizations.
Coordinate and attend networking mixers, educational events, open houses, conferences, and trade shows to promote membership.
Assist with planning local networking events and membership drives.
Develop strategic partnerships with businesses serving the real estate industry.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, social media, and website inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and prospect activity using the company's CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly membership enrollment goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute membership campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Educate prospects on the benefits of membership, networking opportunities, awards programs, marketing exposure, referral opportunities, educational resources, and exclusive member benefits.
Maintain professional relationships with members to encourage renewals, referrals, and ongoing engagement.
Represent WSANCR professionally at community events and industry functions.
Stay informed on current real estate industry trends and market conditions.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, recruiting, or membership sales preferred.
Experience in real estate, mortgage lending, title services, insurance, construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective members.
Excellent written communication skills for email, text messaging, and social media outreach.
Experience conducting virtual meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while achieving performance goals.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and representing the organization at networking events.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for attending local events and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Real estate industry experience.
Existing network of Realtors or real estate professionals.
Public speaking or presentation experience.
Experience planning networking events or business development activities.
Social media marketing and relationship-building experience.
CRM and sales pipeline management experience.

What You'll Do Every Week

Make outbound prospecting calls.
Send personalized text messages and follow-up emails.
Schedule and conduct Zoom presentations.
Meet with prospective members in person.
Visit brokerages and real estate offices.
Attend networking events and community functions.
Develop referral partnerships.
Update CRM records.
Follow up on leads.
Help organize and promote WSANCR networking events.
Consistently work toward weekly and monthly membership enrollment goals.
