Full Job Description

Senior Tax Manager - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

We are looking for a driven and organized senior tax manager with a minimum of 7 years public accounting experience with at least 4 years of managerial experience to join our growing public accounting firm. International tax is a PLUS.

Requirements:

Requires strong background and understanding of C-Corporations, S-Corporations and Partnerships.
Previous tax preparation experience is required.
Experience with complex individual tax compliance and planning is a must.
Background in estate tax planning and compliance a plus.
Candidate must have ability to service middle market clients, but must be flexible to work with client of varying sizes.
Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Strong experience in staff and tax management.
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks. Caseware and Lacerte highly desirable

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

· CPA preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
