Occupational Therapist Per Diem

North Beach Rehabilitation Center

North Miami, FL

$60.00/hour

At North Beach Rehabilitation Center, we pride ourselves on setting standards in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Our commitment to providing exceptional care is evident in our beautifully designed center, conveniently located in North Miami Beach, just south of Aventura.

As an Occupational Therapist Per Diem, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration, creativity, and compassion. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our staff and help us deliver the highest quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to help patients achieve their goals
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Provide patient education and training on safety skills, adaptive equipment, and energy conservation techniques
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress

As a per diem occupational therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at your own pace. Our center is fully equipped and staffed with a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care. Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure in the State of Florida
Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
