Full Job Description

Roboworx is looking for a motivated Robotics Recruiter with HR and Paycom experience to support our people operations in a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will assist with recruiting, coordinate onboarding for new robotics field staff, and help keep day-to-day HR processes organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Working knowledge of Paycom is required.

Key Responsibilities - Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:

Support full-cycle recruiting for robotics field technicians, customer success engineers, and support roles — from job posting through offer acceptance.
Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical and field service positions in the robotics industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop, compelling job descriptions that attract qualified robotics talent.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, robotics industry networks, trade schools, and referral programs.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience.
Assist in tracking recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.

Onboarding & New Hire Integration:

Coordinate and execute a structured onboarding program tailored to robotics field service roles, ensuring new hires are deployment-ready quickly.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, equipment provisioning, and credentialing.
Facilitate new hire orientation covering company culture, systems training, safety protocols, and role-specific expectations.
Collaborate with operations and field managers to support role-specific 30/60/90-day onboarding plans.
Complete all new hire paperwork and data entry in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance from day one.

General HR Functions:

Serve as a key HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, performance, and employee relations.
Administer and maintain employee records, HR workflows, and reporting in Paycom (HRIS, payroll coordination, time & attendance, benefits).
Support the performance review cycle including goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual evaluations.
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment, partnering with brokers and carriers as needed.
Support HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations.
Assist with employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism, conducting investigations as needed.
Assist with compensation benchmarking and salary band maintenance for field and corporate roles.
Support leadership on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and org design.
Assist in maintaining HR policies and the employee handbook.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Roboworx values.

QualificationsRequired:

1–2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical, field service, or engineering roles.
Working knowledge of or hands-on experience with Paycom — including HRIS, recruiting module, onboarding, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance (federal and multi-state).
Ability to juggle multiple open requisitions and HR priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.

Preferred:

Experience recruiting in robotics, automation, field service, or a related technology sector.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
Familiarity with robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) business models or OEM service environments.
Experience supporting a distributed or field-based workforce.
