Recruiter (Full-Time or Contract)

Location: Livonia, MI (Hybrid) | Contract opportunities available remotely on an as-needed basis

What You'll Own

This isn't a recruiting coordinator role. This is an opportunity to own searches, influence hiring decisions, and become a trusted extension of our clients' teams.

You'll:

Partner directly with clients to understand their business, hiring challenges, and long-term talent strategy.
Lead intake meetings and develop recruiting plans that drive successful hiring outcomes.
Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across multiple industries and functions.
Conduct in-depth interviews focused on competencies, motivation, culture, and long-term fit.
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Collaborate with our research, sourcing, and recruiting teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
Maintain detailed activity and data within Bullhorn to provide transparency, reporting, and actionable insights.
Continuously improve your recruiting process by leveraging data, technology, and best practices.

Achieve weekly and quarterly performance metrics.
Manage searches efficiently while meeting profitability expectations.

What You Bring

4+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, internet research, networking, and direct outreach.
Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Strong written communication including candidate summaries, client updates, and recruiting documentation.
Experience working within an ATS (Bullhorn experience is a plus).
A self-starter mentality with strong organization and time management skills.
