Dynasty is a professional creator services platform that helps digital creators grow, monetize, and manage their online businesses. Dynasty is not a traditional talent agency. Creators remain 100% independent, maintain control of their brand and content, and receive access to professional technology and support services.

Dynasty provides creators with advanced AI-powered monetization technology, human management support, professional chatting specialists, subscriber growth support, digital product monetization assistance, and access to select creator platforms.

About the Opportunity

Dynasty is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing network of Digital Creator Scouts.

This is a flexible remote opportunity for people who enjoy social media, discovering talent, and following online trends.

Digital Creator Scouts help identify promising creators, influencers, models, and online personalities who may benefit from joining the Dynasty Creator Network.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. Scouts work independently, set their own schedule, and decide how much time they want to dedicate to building their creator network.

No previous recruiting experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided.

What You Will Do

Digital Creator Scouts will:

Search social media platforms to discover potential creator partners.
Identify creators with engaged audiences and growth potential.
Introduce qualified creators to Dynasty Creator Network.
Explain Dynasty's creator services and opportunities.
Build relationships with creators and help expand Dynasty's global creator network.

Find creators from platforms including:

Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
Facebook
X
Twitch
Reddit
Other online communities

Creators We Are Looking For

Dynasty works with creators across many categories, including:

Digital content creators
Influencers
Models
Lifestyle creators
Fitness creators
Beauty and fashion creators
Entertainment creators
Gaming creators
UGC creators
Online personalities

Dynasty accepts creators at different stages, including beginners with strong potential, emerging creators, mid-tier creators, and established creators.

Scouts are encouraged to identify creators with engaged audiences, especially creators with larger social media followings.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

Scouts earn commissions for successful creator referrals who join Dynasty Creator Network.

Successful creator partnerships may create ongoing commission opportunities based on creator revenue, allowing scouts to build recurring income potential over time.

Scouts who develop strong creator networks and successfully introduce larger, high-quality creator accounts may have opportunities for significant commission earnings.

Compensation is paid in U.S. dollars.

Important: Earnings are performance-based. There are no guaranteed earnings, and results vary depending on the creators recruited and their success.
