Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Industry: Semiconductor / Construction Fab Engineering

About the Role

We are hiring a BIM Designer(Revit) to join our Phoenix engineering team and participate in large-scale semiconductor construction projects for our client.

This position will collaborate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to produce accurate and detailed 2D/3D drawings, maintain design documentation, and ensure coordination between design and construction progress.

Key Responsibilities

Create and revise 3D design drawings using Revit.
Coordinate and track design project schedules to ensure alignment between drawings, site progress, and engineering requirements.
Maintain version control for design documents and ensure consistency across teams.
Review and adjust design files to meet project material, engineering, and construction specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues and support on-site adjustments.
Prepare and organize design documentation, technical drawings, and material submittals for project records.
Participate in internal coordination meetings and contribute to project planning and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

Proficiency in Revit, and CAD , or equivalent 2D/3D drafting and design software.
Background in engineering, architecture, or design.
Ability to read and understand design drawings and engineering specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and field teams.

Preferred:

Experience in semiconductor construction or high-tech facility design.
Knowledge construction drawing workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $49.00 per hour
