$22–25/hr | Part-time to start (20 hrs/week) | Clear path to full-time in 90 days

We're not looking for someone who's done this exact job before. We're looking for someone smart enough to own it fast.

Mr. Bins is a fast-growing liquidation retail chain across PA — Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Allentown, Bethlehem. We have a growing customer base, a loyalty program with real data in it, and nobody currently squeezing the value out of either. That's where you come in.

THE CORE OF THIS ROLE — AND BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF:

We use a loyalty platform called B Loyal. You probably haven't heard of it. That's fine — we'll get you trained and supported. But you need to be the kind of person who gets access to a new platform and within two weeks knows it better than anyone else in the building. If that's you, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

B Loyal — learn it completely, become our internal expert, and run campaigns through it
Win-back campaigns — identify customers who haven't returned in 30, 60, 90 days and bring them back
Email and SMS marketing — own the calendar, build the segments, write the messages, track the results
Loyalty program strategy — figure out what our customers respond to and build campaigns around it
Facebook and Instagram ads — secondary but real; punchy copy, targeted audiences, measured results
Work with our content creator to time campaigns around inventory drops and store moments

WHO YOU ARE:

You figure out software on your own. You don't wait for someone to walk you through every screen.
You're genuinely curious about why customers do what they do — and you use data to answer that question
You write well. Not perfectly. Well. With a voice. With a little wit.
You've touched email marketing, CRM tools, or any customer platform before — doesn't have to be B Loyal
You're tech-savvy in the way that means you're not scared of anything new

THE 90-DAY PATH TO FULL-TIME:

Start at 20 hours. Get trained on B Loyal. Launch your first real campaign within 30 days. Show us what the data can do. Hit your marks and we move you to full-time — simple conversation, no games.

HOW TO APPLY:

Resume + any writing samples you have (emails, ads, anything). Then answer this:

"Tell us about a time you had to figure out a new tool, system, or platform on your own. What was it, how did you learn it, and what did you end up doing with it?"
