Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our brand's voice and growth, taking ownership of day-to-day marketing initiatives, blending traditional marketing principles with cutting-edge AI resources. You will work cross-functionally to design promotional email/digital campaigns, manage digital channels, and translate market research into highly qualified leads for our sales department.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
Content Creation: Produce engaging copy and visual content for the company blog, email newsletters, landing pages, and social media platforms.
AI Tool Optimization: Implement and leverage generative AI tools to streamline copywriting, scale content production, and conduct preliminary market research.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Research target audience preferences and analyze industry trends to position our products ahead of the competition.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), adjusting marketing strategies based on analytics.
Brand Management: Ensure all messaging and collateral reflect our established brand style guide and overall mission.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales and product development teams to align promotions with revenue targets and new feature launches.
Internal Collaboration: Serves as a vital link between the sales, product design, and executive teams to ensure all outward-facing messaging supports overall business goals.
External Collaboration: Acts as a point of contact for freelance designers, advertising agencies, and vendor partners.

Required Skills:

BS in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or 3 years relevant work experience in the field
Advanced Technology Mastery: Hands-on experience integrating AI resources (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper, or native AI features in CRM systems) into modern marketing workflows
Design Proficiency: High level of competence with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
