Full Job Description

Are you passionate about social media, digital storytelling, and creating content that drives engagement? Do you enjoy identifying trends, building online communities, and producing content that helps brands stand out? Are you excited about industries like automotive, luxury, outdoor lifestyle, and consumer products?

If so, we would love to talk. Kahn Media is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support our growing social media team. In this role, you will help manage social media programs for a variety of clients, create compelling content, monitor engagement, and contribute to strategies that deliver measurable results. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an award-winning team serving some of the world's most recognizable brands.

Responsibilities and Duties (may include, but are not limited to)

Create and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
Assist with the development and execution of social media content calendars for multiple client accounts.
Draft captions, source creative assets, and coordinate content approvals to ensure timely publishing.
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to community engagement opportunities, and help foster positive audience interactions.
Research social media trends, platform updates, creator content, and best practices to identify opportunities for clients.
Track social media performance metrics and assist in preparing reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with account managers, designers, photographers, videographers, and public relations teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Assist with influencer and creator partnership coordination as needed.
Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, contests, and community growth initiatives.
Support client meetings and internal team discussions with social media insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
Has experience developing social media strategy in a multi-client environment.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across brands and audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe, etc.
Experience using social media management and scheduling platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
Passion for automotive, luxury, outdoor, technology, or enthusiast-driven industries is a plus.
