Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Full-Time

Established Caseload Available Immediately

Ready Set Grow Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing team.

Join a therapist-owned practice where clinical excellence, flexibility, and work-life balance come first. With an established caseload available immediately, you'll spend more time treating children and less time worrying about building your schedule.

We provide play-based, family-centered occupational therapy services in children's natural environments, including homes, daycares, preschools, schools, and ABA centers. Our therapists have the autonomy to make clinical decisions while receiving the collaboration, mentorship, and support often missing from larger organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

Established caseload available immediately
Compensation: $50.00 per hour and up, based on experience, qualifications, and relevant pediatric experience.

We currently have children waiting for services and an established caseload available in Grapevine and the surrounding communities, allowing you to begin treating shortly after onboarding.

About the Role

This position is ideal for therapists seeking flexibility, meaningful work, and a supportive team environment. You will provide play-based, family-centered occupational therapy services while helping children develop the skills needed to participate successfully in their daily routines, school activities, play, and community environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy services in homes, daycares, preschools, schools, and ABA centers
Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-regulation, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Educate and collaborate with caregivers and community partners
Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and evaluations
Coordinate scheduling to ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including speech-language pathologists, BCBAs, teachers, physicians, and caregivers

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
One or more years of pediatric experience preferred; strong new graduates with pediatric Level II fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply
Experience in home health, early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, or school-based settings preferred
Strong understanding of pediatric development, sensory processing, and family-centered care
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
