Overview
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and eager to make an immediate impact. This position has been a great stepping stone to further advancement opportunities at our store. We are looking for motivated, creative and enthusiastic individuals who share our core values to join our team. We are seeking a full time and a part time receptionist (must be available evenings and weekends) for our Mercedes location in the Valencia.

What we're looking for:

Do you have an enthusiastic personality? Do you enjoy multitasking? We are looking for someone who enjoys being challenged and wants to work in a fun and dynamic organization! This position requires strong customer service, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
Maintain accurate filing systems for documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Assist with office management tasks including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Provide clerical support such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
Support personal assistant duties as needed to help facilitate executive tasks.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation processes.
Familiarity with office management practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
