Full Job Description

Front Desk Patient Success Coordinator/Assistant Four day work week (Fridays off)

Do you love creating an exceptional patient experience? If you're excellent connecting with patients, keeping them informed and on track with their care, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, supportive environment where people can feel their best. In this dynamic position you'll be based at the front desk, staying active in the office, greeting and supporting patients, answering phones/following up on missed appointments, and creating a smoothly running schedule.

No chiropractic experience is necessary. We'll provide training for the right person.

What You'll Do

Greet patients
You'll play a key role in guiding patients with encouragement
Create and maintain a smooth, well-organized schedule for optimal patient flow
Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
Follow up with prospective patients and online inquiries in a timely way.
Track patient engagement and support office goals.
Help set up treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Jump in to support patient events and community outreach.
