The Helper position is designed to provide essential support across various operational tasks within an organization, ensuring smooth and efficient daily workflows. This role involves assisting team members with physical, administrative, or logistical duties to facilitate project completion and maintain workplace organization. Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects.
Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability.
Good communication skills in English.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a helper, assistant, or support role.
Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures.
Basic knowledge of inventory management or administrative processes.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and tools.
Flexibility to work varied shifts or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of workspaces, equipment, and materials as needed.
