At ZENZII, our AP/AR clerk is a key contributor to the growth of our business. The AP/AR clerk will build relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow team members to ensure all invoices are distributed and paid promptly and with the highest degree of accuracy.

As a team member, you will...

Prepare and distribute customer invoices
Record and process incoming customer payments and company invoices in compliance with financial standards and policies
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, adjusting, and recording accounts receivable and accounts payable data
Reconcile AR/AP ledgers to ensure accuracy in invoicing and payment processing
Verify discrepancies and resolve billing and payables issues
Create invoice reminders and communicate with customers on past-due invoices
Prepare AR/AP reports for management
Build relationships with customer and vendors and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications & Experience

Basic understanding of accounting principals
Familiarity with QuickBooks required
High School diploma or GED required
2 – 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable clerk, bookkeeper, or office manager required
Proficient with MS Office
Multilingual and fluent in Spanish or Mandarin a plus
