Position Summary

SHEIN is hiring the Senior WMS product manager who will be the bridge between business users and product managers and connect the knowledge base across different markets.

This is an on-site position based in Seattle, US.

Job Responsibilities:

●Stay close to our key business stakeholders, understand their visions about business growth and translate the needs into product roadmaps

●Drive the planning of product enhancements by carefully analyzing the operation data, user feedback and competitive landscape

●Provide accurate and frequent product insights to drive warehouse operation excellence

●Create, assign and manage product design tasks

●Understand and manage vendor systems to ensure stable operations

●Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

●Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logitics Management, Supply Chain Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields

●Over 8 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in warehouse and logistics management

●Understand end-to-end supply chain processes and previous experience with WMS is a must

●Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency

●Data-driven mindset with the ability to research and benchmark

●The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes

●Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $124,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
