MUST HAVE PREVIOUS DIRECTOR OR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR EXPERIENCE IN A PRIMETIME SPECIFIC PROGRAM TO APPLY.

PRIMETIME ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Leaders of Tomorrow Enrichment Program (L.O.T.) is currently hiring a PrimeTime Site Director for our after school programs located in Mira Mesa, Mission Bay, and Tierrasanta. L.O.T. is a culturally enriched after school program focused on providing students with engaging experiences and opportunities that encourage them to explore their interests, build confidence, and discover future career paths and possibilities. Our students receive homework support, participate in educational lesson plans, and enjoy enrichment based Kids Clubs and activities created by our staff.

We are seeking an experienced and organized leader with previous PrimeTime administrative experience who is passionate about youth development and creating a positive impact in students' lives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing after school programs, supervising staff, maintaining compliance requirements, and communicating effectively with families, school personnel, and district partners. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced elementary school environment.

Position Overview

The PrimeTime Site Director is responsible for the overall daily operation, supervision, safety, organization, and compliance of the after school program site. This position oversees program operations, staff support, student accountability, attendance tracking, reporting, scheduling, family communication, and site compliance while ensuring a safe, engaging, and structured environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all PrimeTime, ELOP, district, and program requirements
Supervise and support program staff while providing ongoing coaching, leadership, and accountability
Monitor daily program operations and maintain a safe, organized, and engaging environment for students
Oversee attendance tracking, enrollment records, TransAct documentation, and required reporting
Maintain accurate student, staffing, and program records to ensure audit readiness
Coordinate student check in, attendance verification, and dismissal procedures
Communicate regularly with families, school administration, district personnel, and company leadership
Conduct staff meetings, Formula 5 meetings, and monthly principal meetings as required
Develop and distribute program calendars, newsletters, and family communications
Monitor behavior management systems and support staff with student behavior interventions
Complete and submit incident, injury, and behavior reports within required timelines
Coordinate snack and supper program operations and maintain required inventory
Manage staffing coverage, substitute requests, and staff schedules
Ensure all program spaces are cleaned, organized, secured, and properly closed each day
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student, family, and personnel matters
Attend all required trainings, meetings, and professional development sessions

Mandatory Schedule for the Schools Above:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Thursday (Minimum Day): 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Bay Park Elementary School 2433 Denver St, San Diego, CA 92110

Mandatory Schedule for Bay Park:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1:30 PM to 6:05 PM
Wednesday (Minimum Day): 11:30 AM to 6:05 PM

Please note: Applicants must be available to work the full schedule for their assigned school site. These hours are mandatory and are based on the school district's PrimeTime program schedule. Applicants should consider commute time and transportation availability before applying.

Qualifications:

MUST have prior PrimeTime experience in an administrative role
MUST have prior experience with ADA information, TransAct (Pathways), ASSET and Formula 5, CQI and WIG processes, program calendars and newsletters, and district supper policies and counts
Minimum of one year of experience supervising and managing educational and recreational programs for children
Bachelor's Degree preferred, OR a minimum of 48 completed college units, OR a passing score on the CAPE (Child Development Associate Program Evaluation) Exam
Current CPR and First Aid Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
Must successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting clearance, and Child Abuse Index processing
Pre employment TB clearance is required
