About Us

We are building a state-of-the-art Longevity & Aesthetics Center dedicated to helping individuals optimize health, performance, appearance, and quality of life through evidence-based preventive medicine, advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, wellness programs, and aesthetic treatments. Our mission is to redefine aging by empowering patients to look, feel, and perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

The Director of Longevity & Aesthetics Center is responsible for the strategic development, operational leadership, and financial performance of a premier longevity, wellness, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic services program. This individual will oversee daily operations, business development, patient experience, marketing initiatives, provider relations, and growth strategies designed to position the center as a regional leader in healthy aging, preventative medicine, body optimization, and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate is a dynamic healthcare leader with experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, longevity programs, regenerative therapies, and business operations.

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the center's vision, growth strategy, and annual business plan.
Identify opportunities to expand longevity, wellness, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic service offerings.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the Longevity & Aesthetics Center.
Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirements.

Business Development & Growth

Build strategic partnerships with physicians, healthcare organizations, employers, and community stakeholders.
Develop referral networks and concierge membership programs.
Lead initiatives to increase patient acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Analyze performance metrics and implement growth strategies based on data-driven insights.

Clinical Service OversightWork collaboratively with medical providers overseeing:

Longevity and preventative health programs
Executive health assessments
Hormone optimization therapies
Weight management programs
IV therapy and nutritional services
Regenerative medicine offerings
Aesthetic injectables and fillers
Laser and skin rejuvenation treatments
Body contouring services
Medical-grade skincare programs

Marketing & Brand Development

Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
Develop community outreach programs, educational events, and patient engagement initiatives.
Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, and reputation management.
Promote membership-based wellness and longevity programs.

Financial Management

Develop and manage annual budgets.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators.
Optimize service line performance and pricing strategies.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for executive leadership.

Team Leadership

Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing clinical and administrative staff.
Foster a culture focused on excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Conduct performance evaluations and establish professional development plans.
Lead regular staff meetings and training initiatives.

Qualifications Required

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, concierge medicine, or related specialty services.
Proven experience managing budgets, operations, and business development initiatives.
Strong understanding of patient experience and customer service excellence.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred

Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field).
Experience in medical aesthetics, longevity medicine, regenerative medicine, wellness centers, or concierge healthcare.
Experience managing membership-based healthcare programs.
Knowledge of aesthetic technologies, injectables, wellness therapies, and preventive health services.
Demonstrated success growing healthcare service lines and improving profitability.
