Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Operations Manager to lead and optimize our nationwide operational activities. This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service quality across all regions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape the future of our operations through data-driven decision making, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement. Your leadership will empower teams, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure seamless execution of business objectives on a national scale.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company goals to maximize efficiency and profitability across all regions.
Lead, manage, and develop regional managers and operational teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Utilize Excel data analysis and other business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Oversee profit & loss analysis to ensure financial health, identify opportunities for cost savings, and drive revenue growth initiatives.
Implement lean management principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, or service enhancements on a national level.
Lead project management initiatives to implement new systems, processes, or technologies that support scalable growth.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and executing process improvements.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic plans that support long-term organizational success.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Skills

Proven management experience with a strong track record in leading large teams at an executive level.
Expertise in Excel data analysis combined with proficiency in utilizing business intelligence tools for strategic insights.
Exceptional team management skills with a focus on team development and leadership coaching.
Strong background in operational management with experience supervising multiple departments or regions.
Demonstrated ability in profit & loss analysis, financial planning, and budget management.
Strategic thinker capable of developing long-term plans aligned with organizational goals while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
Skilled in project management methodologies with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaborative relationships.
Knowledge of lean management principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste efficiently.
Experience in sales-driven environments with an ability to leverage data for business development opportunities.
