Job Description

Position: Senior Data Entry Operator
Location: Boston, MA 02215
Job Type: Full-Time contract (40 hours/week)
Duration: 5+ Months (with high possibility of extension)

Important Note: Candidates must have prior experience working in an academic, higher education, university, school, or educational institution environment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Operator for an onsite temporary position. This role involves high-volume data entry, front desk support, visitor assistance, mail handling, document processing, and electronic file management. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy.
Provide front desk support, greet visitors, and manage incoming mail.
Complete and process enrollment and I-9 documentation.
Create, format, and maintain electronic files and documents.
Detect and correct data entry errors.
Use Microsoft Office applications, databases, and standard office equipment.
Follow established procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

Previous data entry or administrative experience.
Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Are you comfortable completing employment-related forms (e.g., I-9 or similar documentation)?
• Can you work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, on-site?
• Are you able to start work within the next 2 weeks?
• Have you ever used databases or data management systems for data entry? (Yes/No)
