Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Manager to oversee daily operations across our team. This role involves supervising staff, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow within the office environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with confidence. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient office functions, coordinating schedules, managing vendors, and supporting team development to foster a productive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support for their tasks
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting for team members
Handle vendor relationships, including communication and contract management
Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic budgeting tasks
Support human resources functions such as onboarding, training, and employee records management
Manage office supplies, filing systems, front desk duties, and multi-line phone systems
Ensure effective communication across departments through clear and professional interaction
Assist with event planning and coordinate logistics for meetings or company events
Implement organizational procedures to streamline workflows and improve office management

Experience

Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll tasks
Strong organizational skills with experience in schedule management and calendar coordination
Knowledge of vendor management processes and vendor relations
Background in human resources or office management preferred
Experience with medical office management or clerical roles is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train team members effectively
Prior experience managing front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
