Description

EcoMicron is seeking a business administration assistant for its Leander, TX. Headquarters. Successful candidate will support day-to-day operations in the office, as well as a remote sales force serving customers in the US and abroad. This is a full-time position; core business hours are M-F, 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities

Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure orders are placed, parts are delivered, and issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
Maintain system records in an accessible and organized fashion
Handle the logistics of getting items from one area to another
Process items through international customs as required
Manage inventory and perform routine checks to ensure accuracy
Receive and ship packages as they come in to the office (MOST IMPORTANT)
Perform other various administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications

Will have strong written and verbal communication skills
Will be highly organized and have strong attention to detail
Will have proven ability for taking initiative both independently and within a team
Will be able to multitask efficiently
Will be punctual with a good business ethic

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the US (citizen, green card, or valid visa)
