UNIVERSAL Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst for an onsite role in Long Island City, NY to support enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives. Active LinkedIn preferred. This hands-on role will support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Procurement, and Projects by providing technical development, functional configuration, systems integration, reporting, business analysis, and production support. The selected consultant will partner closely with Finance stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that improve business processes, streamline operations, and support enterprise-wide financial systems.

- Minimum of five (5) years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience with a strong technical and integration background.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules.
- Proven experience configuring Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules.
- Experience designing and supporting Oracle BPM approval workflows for requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, supplier onboarding, and financial transactions.
- Experience designing and developing interfaces between Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party applications.
- Strong expertise developing reports and analytics utilizing BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Fusion Data Models, and SQL.
- Advanced SQL experience supporting data analysis, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion data migration utilizing FBDI and ADFDI.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, application framework, configurations, and security roles.
- Functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and technical specifications.
- Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments and Oracle Fusion migration projects.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP production environments, system stabilization, and enhancement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance business users and technical teams.
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Experience with Oracle APEX.
- Experience developing Oracle Fusion extensions utilizing Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS).
- Oracle Cloud ERP Certification.

Scope of Services
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise applications, third-party systems, banks, and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, ERP Cloud Adapters, File Adapters, FTP/SFTP, and Business Events.
- Design, develop, and support reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions utilizing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, Fusion Data Models, and SQL.
- Develop and support Oracle Fusion data conversion and migration solutions utilizing FBDI, ADFDI, and spreadsheet loaders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules to support business processes and system enhancements.
- Create technical design documents, integration specifications, mapping documents, and deployment plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle Fusion ERP application, integration, and reporting issues.
- Develop and support Oracle Fusion extensions, workflows, approvals, and business process automation initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for integrations, reports, and ERP enhancements.
- Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates by performing impact analysis and validation of custom integrations and reports.
- Collaborate with business users, Finance stakeholders, architects, DBAs, middleware teams, and managed service providers to implement enterprise Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Provide production support, root cause analysis, and break/fix resolution for Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environments.
- Lead small- to medium-sized technical enhancement initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, enhance Oracle Fusion capabilities, and optimize enterprise ERP solutions.
