Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $90-$115K

Work Schedule: 100% on-site

About The Company:

This role supports a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on implementing a cloud-based ERP system across numerous business units. The organization is committed to modernizing financial processes and improving system efficiency through advanced technology solutions.

Job Description:

We are hiring two Business Analysts to play a critical role in an Oracle Fusion implementation, specifically supporting commission-related payables functionality. These positions will focus heavily on system testing and validation across multiple project phases to ensure accurate and reliable deployment. This is a detail-oriented, hands-on role that involves working closely with business stakeholders, some of whom rely on automated system outputs while others utilize structured data inputs. Success in this role requires strong coordination skills, ERP testing experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios across functional, parallel, and user acceptance testing phases
Validate system outputs and data inputs to confirm accuracy and alignment with expected results
Identify and document system issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve defects
Perform data comparisons between legacy systems and the new platform during transition phases
Act as a primary contact for assigned business teams throughout the testing lifecycle
Lead testing sessions, providing guidance and support to users during execution
Communicate timelines, updates, and identified risks to stakeholders
Track testing progress and contribute to overall program reporting
Assist in refining testing processes, templates, and tools as the project evolves

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP-related projects
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly in payables or commission-based modules
Demonstrated experience participating in structured testing cycles (functional, parallel, UAT)
Strong understanding of financial data, including supplier and invoice processing
Experience building and executing test cases independently
Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data validation and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
