BILINGUAL PARALEGAL | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY
Pay: $90K-125k DOE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal, you will:

Communicate frequently with clients while providing compassionate and empathetic service
Administer and maintain the electronic document filing system
Draft legal documents including complaints, discovery responses, memoranda, pleadings, affidavits, and related filings
Finalize and proofread legal drafts
Maintain attorneys’ calendars, including appearances and litigation deadlines
Prepare notices, schedule depositions, and serve subpoenas
Secure medical records from healthcare providers
Gather healthcare lien information
Assist with fact investigations
Support attorneys throughout the litigation process from inception through resolution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required
Bilingual in Spanish required
Strong legal drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office-based programs
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
Ability to make timely decisions in challenging situations
Ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Professionalism under pressure
Naturally inquisitive with a continuous learning mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, including e-filing, and law office procedures
Light travel may be required at times
