Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Legal Assistant to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate has experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, is fluent in Spanish, and comfortable with a high-volume caseload. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while also collaborating with a team to ensure a positive experience for every client.

Responsibilities

Manage the firm’s master calendar, including calendaring court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, reminders, and other scheduled events.
Confirm upcoming appointments, hearings, and meeting with clients and attorneys.
Monitor the firm’s electronic service accounts for litigation and promptly download, calendar, and distribute each document in a timely manner.
Answer incoming telephone calls (as needed).
Perform other administrative and calendaring duties as assigned.

Skills

Minimum of three (3) years personal injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience in Nevada
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems, including Filevine (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and/or projects simultaneously
Empathy and ability to build relationships with clients and team
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Spanish

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary range: $50,000-60,000 per year, depending on experience
